Easy, easy, easy!! Aside from just putting chicken by itself into the slow cooker, this is the easiest recipe I've used.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 packets dry chicken gravy mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 cups water
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
1. Put ingredients in slow cooker
Combine chicken, gravy, water, chicken soup, and black pepper in the slow cooker. Whisk until smooth. Add chicken breasts to mixture. Cover slow cooker and cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
2. Serve over potatoes
I like to use the Idahoan mashed potato sides, which are $0.96 apiece at Walmart.
Enjoy! :)
Meal planning?
If you have lots of chicken to get rid of, try chicken spaghetti or cheesy chicken & broccoli! You could also try teriyaki chicken!
Got tons of potatoes? Try loaded baked potato soup, or pork chops & gravy (coming soon!).
